Trip Details

The JHWMS Music Department will be performing in the Music in the Parks Festival at Dorney Park in Allentown, PA! Each ensemble will perform for esteemed members of the music community, be adjudicated on their performances, spend the afternoon in the park, and attend the award ceremony.

TRIP INFORMATION

• Location: Allentown, PA (Dorney Park)

• Date: Friday, May 31, 2024

• Report to school: 5:30am

• Departure for trip: 6:15am Arrive back to school: 8:45pm

Times are approximations and dependent on buses. Parents will be kept updated on time changes.

• Total Cost: $145 per student

• Includes: Coach buses, Adjudicator/Competition Fee, Amusement Park Ticket, One (1) Meal Voucher (students also bring bag lunch), Trip T-Shirt

Payment Schedule

• December 18, 2023

  • $50 per student (non-refundable)
    This payment cannot be paid using NMBA student fundraising account funds

• February 1, 2024

  • $75 per student

• March 18, 2024 (FINAL PAYMENT/REMAINING BALANCE)

  • $20 per student
