Dear Music Families and Staff,
I hope this message finds you staying cool in this summer heat and enjoying some well-deserved rest and relaxation. While school may be on break, the Nutley Music Boosters are already in full swing preparing for another exciting and successful year of music ahead.
We’ve been busy behind the scenes updating how we share information with our families. This month, we launched a revamped homepage and simplified website navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it. At the center of this is our brand-new Parent Info Hub—your one-stop resource for all things Boosters, including fundraising details, event info, forms, volunteer opportunities, and more.
We’re also excited to announce the launch of our new BAND App group for the 2025–26 school year! This will become our primary tool for communication, with quick updates, reminders, and important announcements throughout the season.
In addition, our Summer and Fall fundraising season is officially underway, along with year-round opportunities like Gertrude Hawk and Shop Rite/Stop & Shop gift cards. These are a great way to start earning fundraising credits now to offset music-related expenses like trips, uniforms, and participation fees. One of our most fun, easy, and profitable options—Football Mania—is back! For just $20 a ticket, students earn $14 in credit, and supporters have the chance to win weekly cash prizes during the NFL season.
We’re also looking forward to the start of our Nutley Summer Music Program, which kicks off July 14! This two-week program gives students a great opportunity to strengthen their musical skills or try something new during the summer.
📅 And Marching Band families—save the date for our Parent Meet & Greet on Thursday, August 14. It’ll be a fun, casual evening to connect with other parents and learn more about the season ahead.
Now is also the perfect time to renew your Nutley Music Boosters membership for the 2025–26 school year. Membership is just $25 per family. You can join or renew through our website by clicking here.

Music Boosters provides over a dozen opportunities each year for students to earn fundraising credits to offset various costs associated with being part of the music program at NHS and JHWMS, including trips, participation fees and more! There is something for everyone!

We are excited to bring this fundraiser back for the 2025 season! To play the game, participants simply add up the points scored by their 3 randomly selected teams. Every week of the pro football season, the 15 highest scoring game cards and the 3 lowest scoring game cards all win prizes. Prizes awarded each week range from $25 to $500!
You must contact Fabian Castillo to receive your physical game cards to sell. All sold stubs and unsold game cards must be returned no later than September 2
